Hi, I’m Sarah. I teach, coach and empower individuals and companies on all things emotional intelligence, mindfulness, wellbeing and leadership.
I’ve seen the impact poor interpersonal skills (emotional intelligence), a lack of presence (mindfulness) and poor wellbeing practices have on individuals, teams and companies. The results? Conflict, tense relationships, burnout and poor mental and physical health.
The good news is it doesn’t have to be like this. You can have a more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others, turn off auto-pilot to be more present and learn how to promote positive mental wellbeing.
With 12+ years experience in people leadership ('HR'), I’ve been responsible for solving people problems at scale, coaching leaders 1:1 and developing initiatives to promote positive wellbeing within workplaces. I have an intimate understanding of the inner workings of companies and how emotional intelligence, mindfulness and improved wellbeing can help improve engagement, happiness, performance and productivity, at work and at play.
As a trained meditation teacher, qualified yoga teacher, mental health first-aider and all-round curious human, I have a unique blend of skills and knowledge, including wisdom learned first-hand through my own personal experiences. I have strong yoga, meditation, mindfulness and gratitude practices and truly practice what I teach.
